About SOC

Governmental institutions, including the Ministry of Education and the Center for Educational Research and Development (CRDP) in Lebanon, play a central role in guiding and supporting the implementation of the School of Citizenship initiative. In addition to aligning the program with national education priorities, they develop educational materials, provide training for educators, and facilitate communication and coordination with schools across Lebanon. Their contribution ensures coherence, quality and sustainability in promoting civic education within the formal education system.
